1. Who we are

LetsFlowForge ("we", "us", "our") is a sole-entrepreneur business operated by Nour Eddine Maarir, with a registered business address at 444 Alaska Ave, Ste CNQ467, Torrance, CA 90503, United States. You can reach us at contact@letsflowforge.site.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products: bundles of n8n workflow templates delivered as JSON files. Workflows are provided "as-is" for you to import into your own n8n instance (cloud or self-hosted). You are responsible for providing your own API credentials, hosting, and any third-party services the workflows connect to.

3. License

When you purchase a bundle, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the workflows for your own personal or business automation needs. You may modify the workflows for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the workflow files.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by PayPal; we never store your card details. VAT is applied where legally required based on your billing location.

5. Delivery

After successful payment, the download link and/or workflow files are delivered instantly to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive your files within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

6. Refunds

Our refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All workflow files, branding, and website content remain our property. Your license under section 3 does not transfer ownership.

8. Disclaimers

Workflows depend on third-party APIs (OpenAI, Google, Telegram, etc.) that we do not control. We cannot guarantee that any specific workflow will continue to function if a third-party API changes. We provide updates on a best-effort basis but offer no uptime or compatibility guarantee.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email or a banner on the site.
