- At checkout: your name, email address, billing country, and (where required) VAT number.
- Payment data: handled directly by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
- Site usage: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and abuse prevention.
- Support: any messages you send us by email.
3. Why we use it
- To deliver the products you purchased (legal basis: contract).
- To issue invoices and meet our tax obligations (legal basis: legal obligation).
- To answer your support questions (legal basis: contract / legitimate interest).
- To keep the site secure and detect fraud (legal basis: legitimate interest).
4. Who we share it with
- PayPal — payment processing and automatic order receipts. See paypal.com privacy policy.
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and provides basic security/anti-abuse protection. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Support emails you send to contact@letsflowforge.site are received directly in our inbox. We do not use a third-party customer-support platform, CRM, or email marketing tool. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: as long as required by law (typically 7–10 years for tax purposes).
- Support emails: up to 3 years after the last reply.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
6. Your rights
If you are in the EU/UK, you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, and object to processing. To exercise any of these, email contact@letsflowforge.site. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to run the site and process orders. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
8. International transfers
PayPal and some of our providers may process data outside the EU. Where they do, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
