Refund Policy

Summary: Workflow bundles are digital goods delivered instantly. Because of this, refunds are limited — but we will make it right if a bundle doesn't work as described.
1. Digital delivery and the EU "right of withdrawal"
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right is waived as soon as you start the download — and by completing checkout you expressly agree to this. We display this clearly at checkout.
2. When we will refund you
- You did not receive the files. If delivery failed and we cannot resolve it within 7 days, you get a full refund.
- The bundle is materially different from what was described. If a workflow listed in the bundle is missing or the bundle is unusable on a standard n8n installation, you get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided we cannot fix the issue.
- Duplicate or accidental purchase. If you contact us within 48 hours and the files have not been downloaded, we will refund the duplicate.
3. When we will not refund
- You changed your mind after downloading the files.
- A third-party API used by a workflow (OpenAI, Google, Telegram, etc.) changed or stopped working.
- You need a workflow we did not advertise as included.
- The workflow runs but does not match your specific custom requirements.
4. How to request a refund
Email contact@letsflowforge.site with:
- Your order number or the email used at checkout
- The bundle name
- A short description of the issue (screenshots help)
We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued via PayPal to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback. Opening a chargeback before contacting us may delay your refund.
