If a workflow bundle is defective (e.g., file corrupt or not as described), please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will either fix the issue or issue a full refund.
Email us at its.maarir@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 48 hours.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent denial of future purchases and legal action.
Bundles that have been downloaded and are not defective are non-refundable.
